ContentStudents develop skills in agricultural practice, safety awareness and understanding of where their food comes from through theoretical tasks and engagement with the farm. Students then develop skills and confidence in cooking and preparing a nutritious meal. Students focus on plant production with an emphasis on gardens, transplanting and seed germination. They will then prepare a dish based on their chosen vegetables. Topics may include:
